Decidedly non-sickass ride today. It was the day to do the 1 minute intervals to and from work. First it had been raining the night before and was in fact still drizzling. I had tire spray, spray from passing cars, plus the fear of my brakes being compromised at high speeds due to wet roads. I could feel the wet dirt collecting on my shorts around my ass crack. Also water was running into my shoes.

My actual day at work was horrible. One of those where I was running around with a phone on each ear non stop people at the front counter and drive through. I didn't leave until after 5:30 and it was getting dark. Between the impending nigh fall and traffic issues I didn't totally kill it on the way home either. Which is just as well.
